SHIPPING POLICY
1. Important Shipping Information
We recommend that you consider the following information:
- Once we receive full payment and deliver the product to you, you will become the owner of the product.
- Please note that all deliveries require a signature from a person who is 18 years of age or older.
- Once an order has been placed online and the courier has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address of the order.
- If our carrier cannot find a signatory at the specified address, we will make two additional delivery attempts, each time leaving a card with delivery instructions.
- If we are unable to contact you or reschedule delivery after reasonable efforts, your package will be returned to the sender and you will need to reschedule delivery with customer service.
2. When do we ship?
During the ordering process, we will inform you of the product delivery date and will process it within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the order processing time. Your order will usually be delivered within 3-15 business days after dispatch. The specific time depends on the delivery method you selected before placing the order. Estimated delivery times are for guidance only and are subject to the dispatch date notified to you in writing by us.
During promotional periods, you may experience delays in delivery as delivery may take 2 to 3 working days longer than usual during these busy periods. We will advise you if your order is delayed by more than this time.
If the delivery of our products is delayed due to events beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and take steps to minimise the impact of the delay. In these circumstances, we are not responsible for delays caused by such events, but if there is a risk of significant delays compared to the estimated delivery date (for example, more than 3 working days), you may contact us to terminate the contract and receive a refund for products you have paid but have not received. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures at the destination of delivery.
3. Shipping costs
The shipping costs shown on the website for each order are subject to the shipping costs. Please note that if you need to return or exchange the goods, we will charge for return shipping. Please refer to the Returns Policy for details.
4. First-time orders
For your own security, please note that first-time orders can only be delivered to the cardholder's billing address. To avoid order delays, please make sure your billing address matches the address on your bank card statement and the cardholder name matches the name on the card. Also, be sure to fill in your contact information accurately so that we can contact you when needed.
5. Insurance
We insure every item purchased from shipping to delivery to you. We require that any delivered items must be signed for by an adult, after which your purchase responsibility will be transferred to you.
6. Track your order
You can log in to your account on our website and visit the "Order" section to track the status of your order.
7. Taxes
According to relevant national customs regulations, customs duties may be incurred during delivery, which shall be borne by the buyer.
Customs duties are levied by national customs and have nothing to do with this website. It is recommended that you consult the relevant department for the specific tax amount. If customs duties are required to be paid, the relevant staff will notify you and send a customs declaration notice. You can collect the package after you pay all customs duties. If the goods are returned to the place of origin due to refusal to pay customs duties, we will not re-ship them. All resulting costs are borne by the buyer.
